Please update your website as unacessable from mobiles/tables I believe your html css and java script coding is rubbish please get your act together, the college is utter rubbish and the structure of the building is apoling as there is varies problems from leaks to computer problems.The staff at the college are rude and unorganised and any issues asked to be resolved dont get sorted.

Further to your letter with directions of how to access progress reviews online and our conversation with one of your staff at the open evening in January we cannot access our sons progress review at all online, we keep getting error 404 unauthorised access, please contact the music department to sort out this problem even if it means going  back to sending out reports the old fashioned way by post.  Do these reports only work on MAC computers is this the problem?

i am looking to complete the TAQA qualification and wanted to use 24+advanced learning loan as funding but this course is not eligible at the moment......this course is a level 3 course and would be eligible if the college applied to put it on the list. I have spoke to the college who say it has to be a 'full' level 3 and they would not look into it for me, but when i spoke to the loans people, in actual fact it can be a level 3 certificate and the qualification would be eligible so why cant this be looked into?...it would be nice if more qualifications could be included for this loan as everytime i try to enrol on the course i come across funding barriers

It is hard to sign up for a course when there is limited information and no one able to tell you more about the course. I am told I can get info on the content of the course I am interested in only when the tutor is back in college, when the course has already started and I have missed enrolment.

Also, enrolment would be great if it could be done on line and payments made on line too.

I believe that college need to take the thoughts of the student into account and need to revise new learning techniques.

the communication at the college is rubbish ive been email and trying to ring regarding payment no one has got back to me and now debt have been involved now what is the point i work hard to pay but sometime things come up what are you meant to do i will not becoming to this college ever again
